Train, then meet your client
Passing the interview means you are ready to train for your client. Complete the free training and you move on to the client placement meeting and start working.

What people ask before sending an application.
Do I need real estate experience to apply?
No. VA4REI trains you on the US real estate side before you are placed with a client, and the training is free. Several of our longest-serving VAs joined with no real estate background at all. What matters more is fluent English, reliable internet, and a willingness to learn.
How long does the hiring process take?
Our recruitment team emails a response within 48 to 72 hours of your application. If you pass the initial review you are invited to schedule an online interview, then complete the free training, then attend a client placement meeting.
What equipment do I need to work from home?
A working computer, a stable internet connection, a headset with a clear microphone, and a quiet place to take calls. Client-specific tools such as the dialer, time tracker, and CRM are set up for you during onboarding.
What roles does VA4REI hire for?
Cold callers, lead managers, administrative and transaction coordination VAs, campaign and account managers, social media and marketing VAs, bookkeepers, and property management VAs. Bilingual English and Spanish applicants are always in demand.
Is this a full-time job or freelance work?
VA4REI places you with one dedicated client rather than juggling several. Most placements are full-time at 40 hours per week, with some part-time 20-hour roles, and you are supported by a team manager throughout.
